cant get telechart, given card at seminar for free month would like to try but unable to any suggestions,

You haven't indicated the steps you've already taken or what happens when you try to run TeleChart. Without knowing any details, my first suggestion would be to contact the sales department (they should be able to properly set up your trial period).
