whole problem was computer glitch at NYSE. Dont' worry, computer glitch fixed. Buy, buy, buy.

If you're saying the top isn't in, but close..I agree! It's still an upward unstable market too quiet in sense flowing essentially (still) range bound within an incline and absent at extremes up or down true change in participant's passion. Portends I believe a bigger shake and more tradable market just ahead.

It was the flood of selling that CAUSED the glitch...the glitch did not cause the selling. Sure, when the backup system actually caught up to all the sells and got them into the system, the sudden REPORTING of the selling made it SEEM like the late-in-the-day sells where all at once...they weren't...it was the REPORTING that was "all at once" (at least that late day cascade).
