Looking to create PCFs for the following:

MACD (12,26,9) that is above the centerline

RSI 14 that is between 50 and 70

The above will only work if you have the following settings:

MACD Settings:
- Short: 12
- Long: 26
- Period: 9
- Average Type: Exponential
- Plot MACD as Histogram: Checked

Wilder's RSI Settings:
- RSI Period: 14
- Use Wilders Smoothing: Checked
- Avg Period: 1
- Average Type: Doesn't matter (because the Avg Period is 1)

If it is the plain RSI indicator which is not Wilder's smoothed:

20 <= RSI14 AND RSI14 <= 30

Or the slight shorter:

ABS(25 - RSI14) <= 5

If it is the RSI - Wilder's indicator which is Wilder's smoothed (this is based on the second of the two formulas above):
