I'm set for an upcoming Blocks training Seminar. I suspect having Blocks on a notebook computer would be a good thing to have there. Problem is, I have used both of my "licenses" for an office and home desktop unit.
Can I still install TC2007 and Blocks on a notebook and use it if neither of the other two computers are connected at the time?

If you install and use TeleChart, it will count as a third installation and you will need to have one of the original installations unlocked when you return from the seminar.
Blocks Player can be run without TeleChart however and will work with your existing Username and Password. Without TeleChart, Blocks Player runs using the Worden Web-Based Starter Feed including:
- Free Internet-based price & volume data for 65 major-index stocks - 4 WatchLists with components of the NASDAQ 100, plus the DJ Industrials, Transports, and Utilities

I don't recommend bringing your computer to the class and trying to follow along.
You are better off attending, absorbing everything and using the provided notes (when you get home) to go over everything taught in the class.
You will likely miss key points if you are splitting your attention between the computer and the class.
