 can you tell me how to pull up stocks that are $1.00 away from there 52 week high or low.

 Create the following PCF and sort the All Stocks WatchList in Descending order:

C >= (MAXC250.1 - 1)

Sort will return True for any stock within $1 of its 52-week high.
