 Is it possible to download the PW videos and view offline?

 Gary, I believe you do have to be online to view the PW videos. If any of the other trainers know differently, I'm sure they'll post the information here.

 Doug, one way I found was to click on the video, let it download completely. I can then disconnect from the internet and watch offline.

 If you are using IE you can add the video page to your "favorites" and it should give you the option to view it offline which should save the video as well.
