I am trying to use a simple pcf of c<avgc10 to include stocks which have closed below the 10 moving average. when I test it on mpg, which according to my chart closed above the 10 day, it returns a result of true. What am I doing wrong?

When was your most recent update? My data and PCFs are both updated through 09/27/2006 Market Close and show a close for MPG of 39.24. This is below both the 10-Period Simple Moving Average (40.36) and the 10-Period Exponential Moving Average (40.05). Are your charts in daily mode?

I am showing MPG as below its simple (and exponential) moving average.
Your PCF is for the close being below its simple moving average.
