 I get three (3) colors on my candle sticks: green, red, and yellow.

When I go to the Chart templates is indicates Green for an up day and Red for a down day.

So what are the yellow bars for?

 It is most likely a result of your chart's BOP settings. Please try the following:

Select Chart Template | Edit | Edit Indicator Balance of Power.
Uncheck Apply BOP Colors to Price Graph.
