Try this technique on the Exchange Traded Fund Watchlist.

You should find them yourself!

Industries With Consistent Performance over Specific Time Periods

Pick the times the SP-500 was falling for your time frames and only flag ETFs with positive returns.

You can try RYTPX (Rydex inverse fund). This mutual fund goes up by 2% for each 1% that the S&P500 goes down. I bought this early last week for my IRA.
