This there a easy scan to find stocks that have had a MS and/or TS (larger than normal) increase (decrease) from previous day and having a small price movement on the stock? Or just showing the MS and TS increase (I 'll scan through the prices?

If there is no scan, is the PCF available?

This PCF, when you sort a WatchList by it in desceding order, will reveal stocks having a 1-day surge in MoneyStream:

MoneyStream 1-day Range vs. 1yr Range

(MS - MS.1) / (MAX(MS,250) - MIN(MS,250)) * 100

This PCF, when you sort a WatchList by it in desceding order, will reveal stocks having a 1-day surge in TSV (it uses a TSV of 18, you can change the 18 to fit your chart settings):

TSV 1-day Range vs. 1yr Range

(TSV18 - TSV18.1) / (MAX(TSV18,250) - MIN(TSV18,250)) * 100

I would also consider using Visual Change to find these. Here is a video on the fuction:
