I am not particularly good at formulas and therefore struggle with the logic aspects. In addition I do not relish hours of frustration if someone has 'already invented the wheel' ! Can you help please?

I entered Sir Rocket Scientist's overbought formula (Worden Report Jan 4th) and when testing the formula get the words 'Formula must not return a boolean value for a Formula Indicator".
I am very, very new to this and don't have a clue as to what that means or how to put it right. help!
