Topic: Scans not working correctly
Posted: Friday, November 11, 2016 6:29:40 PM

I have several scans that populate from the Russell 3000. I have been keeping data in a spreadsheet of the results for 15 or so years. The data is sorted into various catagories. As an example I find how many stocks have stochastics above 80, below 20, and inbetween. I have others based on relationships between 50 day averages and 20 day average. The total number of stocks usually is around 2900-2950 as some maybe on a number instead of above or below.

For the last 3 days, all my scans have resulted in a total population of only about 1900 to 1950. It is if the data is now based on the Russell 2000. I have never made any changes to the scans. What happened?

I originally wrote the scans using Version 7. Not even sure how to look at the scans now.

I am using version 16.0.6037.18046

Thanks

George

How do you import a watchlist created in stockfinder into TC2000?

I have just switched over to TC2000 v12.  One of the options on stockfinder is to use the active telechart watchlist.  How does that work with the new version which is hosted on your server?  I still have the 2007 version on my computer.  where does it read from?

Thanks

Is there a way to find the actual value of an indicator?  I want get the value for the upper and lower bollenger bands on the S&P 500.  If I display the value using the crosshairs I just get 1.3K and 1.1K.  I need the actual numbers.  Freestockcharts.com also displays this way.  This also applies to other indicator values.

Also, when I tried exporting the bollinger band values from stockfinder, I don't get any values even though the box is checked.

When I click on conditions, there is a folder with my conditions and one with my conditions (formulas).

How do you edit the my condition ones or are they tied to the chart where they were created? The issue I am having is I create two conditions regarding TSV.  One where TSV38 is above 0 and the other where TSV38 is above the 19 day moving average.  I did the about a week ago.  Last night I created a scan on the Russell 3000.  I tabbed through the list and a lot of the stocks did not fit the criteria.  What is happening.

Thanks George
