Can you show me a PCF that would have a 50sma above a 200 sma, the 20 sma above the 50sma and lastly a price that was below a 10sma and now broke above the 10sma

I would like to find stocks that trade each day at a minimun price range.  Say $4 for example.  Could you advise how I can find these stocks?

I saw a stategy that requires stocks whose low yesterday (C1) is the lowest low of the last 20 days. Can you help with that PCF?
