How are these charts weighted? For example is sx  110  weighted as the stock with most capitalization holds more value or ix 2080 weighted equally.

Is there a way to scan for these. I would like to scan for a cup and handles, bull flags, Inverse head, and shoulders, head and shoulders and wedges. For support and resistance, I would define it as an area where the price has bounced before many times. Thank you for any help in advance.
