I logged into tc2000 last night and was asked to update my Profile. I ignored it and closed that window. Now I can not open the program. What gives?
|
Not sure what to do with C > C - 1 and C < C - 1. When I put them in the formula window it leads to an error message.
Thanks

There is no Accumulation/Distribution Indicator in the TC 2000 indicator set. I have found a formula for this indicator in the "Encyclopedia of Technical Market Indicators" It is as follows.
AD = cum((((C - L) - (H -C))/(H - L)) *V)
AD = Accum/Distribution Index
cum = Calculate a cumulative running total line.
C = Daily Closing price
H = The daily high price
L = The daily low price.
V = The daily total volume
Can you please transcribe into TC2000 format. Thanks

Nice discussion. While we are on the subject why not have Worden include a Fib confluence indicator that apprears in many other trading platforms.

Hi: Regarding ADX 9,9 Can you please provide a PCF that would discribe +DI crossing up through -DI at the end of the present day.
Thanks,

Dear Bruce:
What would that PCF look like for a 2 day look back period?
A Personal Criteria Formula for a Simple MACD 12,26,9 Signal Line bottom with MACD crossing through its Signal line within the last 10-Bars could be written as: 2 days instead of 10
Thanks

Dear Trainer.
I pulled the following 2 pcf's off of a website . They are to find range bound stocks of one month and 2 months respectively. However when I pasted them into the pcf formula box and tried to update Tc2007 I got an error message saying they could not be calculated. Can you review the syntax and make necessary changes. They are as follows:
One month range bound stocks: ((MAX(RSI14.3,21))<60 AND ((MIN(RSI14.3,21))>40)
Two Month range bound stocks: ((MAX(RSI14.3,42)) <70) AND ((MIN(RSI14.342)) >30
Thanks
Harry P.
