This stock has taded from $1 to $9 for the last 10 years. You found it in an increasing volume period, when the market showing signs of consolidating.  This is when I check for fundamentals.  Is there anything being announced?  Are there any unique items of interest.  Two things caught my eye on this stock.  They are losing money, they have a $100M shelf registration, and they are a pharmaseutical.  If you know Why to these issues, you have the information to make an investment decision.  If you are short term and strictly playing the chart, this has some short term upward potnential.  Be ready to exit if it shows signs of deteriorating.
