When I signed up with Worden last week, the operator said you no longer need to run Telechart on your PC. She said you can do it on-line now. But at www.worden.com, I see no entry point. Can someone get me started at the most basic level? Thank you!

I am not sure what was said by whom:
You must have TeleChart installed on the PC.
You can download and install it by following the link at the top right of this page.
You no longer need the CD-ROM to install or run the program.

Oh, O.K. So you still have to run it off the PC installation. I thought working directly off a server at your site was what she was talking about. I assumed that this would elimiante the need to do the daily (or more frequent) update step. I was thinking she was describing a Citrix type of installation there, where you just login and use the software installed on a remote server and your PC is simply a client. Apparently I misunderstood. Thanks.
