 I have just loaded the TC2000 software and find that the data is old. i.e., the latest data available is of 2nd nov 2004. why is that ? is it because I am on the first month trial period ?

 infinity, if you have installed the program and received a user number and machine key from the sales department you are ready to update. Click the update button with the telephone icon above the charts and follow the steps. The only way to get new data into the program is to do the update.
