Hello

I would like to see stocks or indexes for a perticular move 

like 2% drop or 4% drop in a day.

how many times it has done this in a year or in years.

COUNTTRUE(C/C1 <= .98,497) will return the number of times the stock closed down 2% or more in the last 497 days which is approximately 2 year. 

The chart loads 500 bars so you have to leave a few bars for the initial calculation.
