Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to build a condition that identifies when the (Relative strength vs SPY) line crosses the 30 period-(Relative strength vs SPY) from below. 

Could you please help me doing it?

If I understand correctly:

Put Relative Strength 1-Yr vsSP500 as a pane on chart

Add Plot Here of Moving Average and adjust MA period to 30

Right Click Relative Strength, select Create Condition, and Pick Crossing Up option
