I can't help with a PCF, Bruce or one of the other Worden staff will need to help with that, but perhaps the following would help in the mean time:
-
Set up a chart with Monthly time frame, and add the MACD and RSI that you want
-
Click on the Indicator name (eg RSI) and on the pull down menu is Create Scan Condition: Select that
-
Select under Condition, the option New High
-
Put your time period in the Box followed by Bar High ie 24 for the RSI or 12 for the MACD. Time frame should read monthly, if you have a monthly chart
-
Save Condition to library for later use and/or add to existing Watchlist
-
Voila

FYI i've just setup the RSI scan as you described, and it results in some interesting charts. I'll have to look at in some more detail. I'd be interested in how you use it.
Thanks

Sorry for the late reply
been in an accident, long recovery and still recovering.
google Eric Muathe ultimate breakout. I use it as picture of power test. From that I go on and wait for the right time to buy. holding period 3-6 months. Pretty much all big winners pass the test
