 Is it possible to compare a stock to an index, creating a rule or indicator?

Click Add Indicator, Price for Symbol.  This will add a pane with the price for DJ-30 in it.  Right click on the plot and Edit to set the symbol to whatever index you prefer.

Now click and drag the active symbol price plot to the Price for Symbol plot and proceed from there to either create a new plot or a condition.
