Is there a way to screen for increasing instituional ownership? The only easy scan category I can find is total percent held by institutions not if this amount is increasing or not.

Not in TeleChart. TeleChart only has the most recent numbers (not the historical values).
StockFinder Platinum does have the currrent and historical values for this (and all the other fundamental data). You can scan for changes and plot the data on the chart.
