 Page 5 of the stockfinder workbook pdf has an example that might be what you are looking for.  Good luck.

 maxgoldfinger,

You can search for stocks with prices above their top bollinger bands.  Make sure Price and Bollinger Bands indicators are plotted on your chart.  Drag Price on top of the Bollinger Band and when prompted, select Create Rule.  Set the parameters such that Price History must be Above the Top Bollinger Band.  Then place a checkmark next to Scan (which is one of your options for implementation within the Rule dialog).
