I was all set for shorting.. but I'm gettign a green light on the heels of an almost red light.  Never quite got the red light but did open some sucessful shorts this week.  TECUA for one.

TONS of nice plays setting up in healthcare, research services, biotech and drugs.  Those sectors have been out performing so I'm wondering if it would be ok to go against the market swing that I thought I saw coming and start a buying cycle in these or if this is a fake out to encourage me to load up just before the sell off.

allot of DJH's dragons, several bull flags

PRXL, ADBE, NDAQ, OC, SUPX, GPRO MASI CVD HSY IHI, ID qfel cogt sam masi.

I was stopped out of my latest short today, CYBX.   Looking closely at CAP as a short, and COCO...I believe Mr. Worden noted CAP recently in stock notes as a possible short.

Scott, I really like most all of your long candidates, really like how most are strong and trading above the 50 and 200-day averages, but have pulled back some on lower volume, PRXL is a good example, one that caught my eye recently.  For QFEL above, did you mean QDEL?  QDEL is one I'm watching.

Like you Scott, I was prepared to start selling my long positions and get ready for some short positions today. From the looks of futures, it looks like the bounce may extend a little longer.  Still I'm still on the very cautious side of how long I want to hold these positions, I think I want to play it safe since a bounce higher then the recent highs seem unlikely... well anything can happen. If the market is less volatile today I may open up a long position or two. Strangely enough, it seems like it's going to be a strong day.

Happy trading.
