Craig, back to TC2005 backup/restore problem. You suggested sent my *.tcr file to support group. See below respond. Vlad

If you could not access my account, does it mean there is no issue in TC2005 SW? Actually it is already late, somebody else sent *.tcr file and bug fix is provided in 6.0.008. You should be more proactive, do not wait for information unrelated to sw issue. I am TC2005 beta version tester for free. Do not ask questions unrelated to sw problem. In order for support to process and log any emails they do require the account information of the sender. I can only assume that they could not access your account because they did not have your account information. I will check with the Director of the department and see if I can get a clearer picture of what happened.
In reading the thread linked above, it appears the file did get to StockGuy.
