Which means 10 days to liquidate the position. Any thoughts on this? Short squeeze coming?

I think you are a little confused. Naked has nothing to do with the expiration date.

Well, this is not options, this is a stock. The naked short list is kind of explained here:
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold
According to my broker, once a security hits the list, I have 10 days to liquidate or they will liquidate for me.

I am not sure why this equity doesn't meet regulation SHO.
Go ahead and so your homework here - http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm
It has to do with liquidity, althought the equity seem to have over 600,000 200day average volume.
Not sure what is going on. You could get more info from your broker. Make sure to have specific questions or they will not be specific.
Take care.

hey tfelts,
I took a look at the shares outstandding to the short side -- it has 2.5 days to cover which is the amount of time it would take the short shares to be bought back if everyone who was short wanted to buy them back. Typically for a short squeeze you want 7 days or more. That way there would be a stampeede to the door.

hey tfelts, you can get it at shortsqueeze.com and type in the symbol. It's free for a simple short interest quote.
