I am not sure if this is even possible, but it would save me a great deal of time. Is there any information about an add-in, or how I may possibly create an add-in, for TC2000 that will pull data from an excel spreadsheet and plot support resistance lines for specified stocks.

There is a developer's kit on your CD (TCDK folder) that allows you to pull from TeleChart. You could potentially pull the data from TeleChart into charts generated by excel or another program. TeleChart does not allow the importing of data outside of a list of tickers to make a new WatchList.

What about plotting the support resistance lines on the charts in TC2000?

You can manually draw these with the drawing tools. Check out this video:
