DW's Daily Worden Report on 11/13 & 11/14 refers to the "Price - Volume" relationship; on the 14th it was PriceDown with VolumeDown; and on the 13th is was PriceUp with VolumeDown.  What are the PCFs for the 4 relationships DW refers to and which index does he use?  Thanks.

I think he's counting the Price/Vol relationships in the Russell 3000.  PCFs are:

Price Up / Vol Down
 C>C1 and V<V1

Price Up / Vol Up
C>C1 and V>V1

Price Down / Vol Down
C<C1 and V<V1

Price Down / Vol Up
 C<C1 and V>V1
