 Hello
I just up graded to platnam and I have had my screen turn black and not come back until i reboot. I have a laptop with vista and 512 ram. I was wondering if i need to upgrade my ram to 1gig or if this problem is with something else.

 Vista and 512mb RAM? You definitely need more RAM. Not just for TeleChart but for any other software as well.

Is this an older laptop you just installed Vista on? If so, you might have some video driver conflicts as well.

But, first and foremost, I'd take a look at upgrading the RAM. Definitely to to 1 GB. 2GB if the price is right and your laptop will support it.

 thanks. it is a new laptop compaq and it came with vista and only 512ram. so i will get some more ram.
