What a step backwards. This forum is no longer easy to read. YUK!

Before I thought it was too wide, now it's a bit too narrow imo. Maybe they'll tweak it and find a middle ground:) I really wish I could edit posts I make instead of having to come back at times and make multiple posts to correct the original. Hint, hint. Otherwise, this board is clean and well regulated, a breath of fresh air compared to the Yahoo boards and others.

LOL - yeah it would be real nice to be able to go back and change all of my Feb 26 "this stock looks awesome!" comments...

I like this width. It lets me see who posted the comment and I don't have th scroll back and forth to resd.
BTW. Since my computer doesn't konw how to spell, maybe the forum could atuomatically correct my typos.

You know I have never had a problem with this board ever as far as design and resolutions. What resolutions are you guys using the 800x600 default of the late 90's. It is 2007 - the standard resolution by default is 1028x1240. Those with wide screens - standard 1440 x 900 something like that. So may be is time for an upgrade?? and that would be a problem in your side. As far as the board goes, it continue to look great. Designers cannot please everyone, including those who may be are still stock in the 480x640 resolution. Give them a break!

I don't understand what the problem is - the site looks fine on my system. I had assumed that the problem was one of local user settings

I think too much white space if you have a wider screen is what the concern is.

A properly designed modern website allows the width to be flexible in the window width that is open, just like TC does, not stuck at a rediculously thin 800-pixel wide format.
It needs to be redone imo.
