 Is there a way to write a PCF for MACD (13,26,1) crossing up over it 50-day MA?

 It would be the same as writing a PCF for a MACD (13,26,50) histogram crossing zero.

Please check out this video: Understanding MACD

Under the video you will find a series of PCF templates. Take the appropriate histogram PCF and replace your settings in the template.
