I have posted this question before when looking up stock or index for example OSX OOG-X the prices are different than what is shown on other Stock Charts. example TeleChart shows $114.29 but the real price for that day should be $228.85 What is the problem?

I've checked three other sources and they all give $114.29 as the close for OOG--X for Friday.

Where are you getting your $228.85 number from? It is interesting that it is almost exactly twice the price all other sources give (including TeleChart).

Here are our responses to your other apparent data issues:

TelaChart

TeleChart

It appears to me whatever source you are using to compare to us is not adjusting their charts for splits (as we and most services do).

It should be chart for the OSX INDEX not the OOG-X but when I type in the OSX Telechart comes up with OOG-X so what is the right symbol to use for the OSX ?

Not sure how you got OOG--X from OSX.

OOG--X is the ISE Oil and Gas Service index

OSX is the PHLX Oil Service Sector Index.

In TeleChart the ticker is

OSX--X (note the two dashes)

It closed at 228.85

When you hit "j" on your keyboard to jump to a ticker you can always click the COMPANY NAME SEARCH to search for a ticker. This is how I found OSX--X.
