I cannot get the training videos to play. I wait until all is downloaded. The black line in the scrolling section fills in. I press the 'play' button and nothing happens. What else can I do?

Be sure you have the latest version of FLASH installed (there is link to it under every video). You should also check any virus/firewall software; many block FLASH programs from running. Be sure to enable flash in them.
