I have a gold subscription and noticed this difference today.
TC2000 v12.5 using IE11 -- I can see real time stock prices
TC2000 v18 (just downloaded and installed today) -- I see 15 minute delay on stocks
This is using the same stocks on each during the middle of the day. How do I get real-time quotes using version 18?

TC2000 v12 has BATS RT data (which has RT data from just the BATS exchange). The full RT data is 15-minutes delayed in TC2000 v12 unless you have a full RT feed. How much different the BATS data is from full RT depends on how much trading is done for that stock on the BATS exchange.
TC2000 v18 does not have the BATS RT data. So you would need to subscribe to a full RT data feed of some sort to get any RT in TC2000 v18. It is not possible to activate just BATS RT in TC2000 v18.
