Hello, I have a desktop PC and a laptop. Currently, I log in from the desktop machine. I downloaded TC2000V7 to the laptop, but I can't log in. Is there anything I must set up before attempting to log in again? Thanks

What happens when you try to log in? Any messages?

There shouldn't be a big difference because of the operating systems. Make sure you are in fact using the same username and password on both computers.
If that isn't the issue, there are two big possibilities. It could be the regional settings on the computer or it could be a situation where a firewall is blocking the connection.
The regional settings issue would be an advanced option in the regional settings for Windows which needs to set the language for non-unicode programs to English (United States) while the firewall issue is a matter of making sure our programs are not being blocked.
Please contact technical support for further assistance with the issue.
