Topic: Overview of the TeleChart main screen - WatchList, Notes and Chart windows

I want to use the training options that Worden has. I saw a "note" saying "I clicked on the play button and
nothing happens". Same for me. However, ans was to contact Tech Support and that is a toll charge. Can this same question be answered by an e-mail to Tech Support and approx. how long does that take?
