Topic: DD count
Posted: Friday, July 20, 2018 5:22:59 PM

I currently use this PCF to plot the DD in the last 63 days

-1 * (MAXH63 - C) / ATR63

I like to create an indicator that plot the total count of

If the 63 day Draw down is more than 10 then +1

More than 15 +1

More than 20 +1

So if the is > 20 the new indicator will plot 3, if its only 13 it will only plot 1.

Can you show me how to do this pls

Bruce

Something is wrong with the RC because for AEIS today 7/18 the indicator should read 63 since today's Vol is higher than any down day vol in the last 63 days but it reads 3

I tried multiple symbols and the Ind is not correct

Bruce

Can you do this in RC for SF V4 please

If stock closed up and Vol was higher than any of the down day volume's in the last 10 days this indicator will plot 10, but if today's Vol was higher than any of the down day volum's in the last 40 days it will plot 40 and so on all the way to 63

Ok thx

Do you think there a way I can do the following in TC currently

I use multiple VST's with diff settings and I plot an indicator that plots the count of the total VST's the stock is above or below

'# VST1 = indicator.VST.1

'# VST2 = indicator.VST.2

'# VST3 = indicator.VST.3

'# VST4 = indicator.VST.4

If Price.Close > VST1.Value Then

                Count += 1

End If

If Price.Close > VST2.Value Then

                Count += 1

End If

If Price.Close > VST3.Value Then

                Count += 1

End If

If Price.Close > VST4.Value Then

                Count += 1

End If

Plot = Count

So if price is above all 4 VST indicators it will plot 4 and if only > 2 of then it will plot 2

Anyway I can create something like this in TC?

Bruce any changes to this so that we can include the VST indicator in a PCF

The reason I asked is because when I copy a list of symbold into a watchlist the columns don't get calculated and I to click on the header of each to have them calculate
