Topic: Horizontal line at mid of first opening 5min candle

Hi, i am new to TC2000 and would like to know if it is possible to automate a horizontal line to be drawn from the middle of the opening 5min candlestick on the chart also this line will need to stay on the chart indefinately and will also need to show historic horizontal lines over x amount of days.

Is this possible?
