Topic: Extending trendlines into the future

How can I project trendlines into the future on a stock chart? Can I color them? For how many bars into the future?

Is there a way to write a formula that incorporates a mathematical value for the Sector a stock is in?

For example suppose I am using a stochastics formula and the value for JNJ is "X". The same stochastic gives a value of "Y" for Drugs, the sector that JNJ is in. Can I write a formula that automatically adds X and Y to produce a final rating of "Z" for JNJ?

I want to calculate "Z" for all stocks in a watch list.

Often we have a long list of stocks with some flagged and some not flagged. It is easy to make a new watch list from the flagged items....is there any way to make a new list from those items that are not flagged?

Hi Craig...I want to keep this result as a column in my personal watch list. So if I am tracking 10 brands I have purchased I can see how long each one has been held.

I have a lot of PCF's left over from the past. How can I eliminate large groups at one time. It will take a long time to do it one at a time.

Is there any source that will tell me when new stocks come into TC or when old stocks are dropped?

Example...today SDS was dropped from the S&P 500. How would I know ahead of time it would be dropped. How can I learn what stock replaced it?

Same question with mergers, etc.

Does Worden have a link where this type of news is available? Anywhere else?

Thanx!

Doug...Yes, I want to write a PFC that has number of days since a particular signal as a function in the formula.
