How far back (data points) does Worden go in calculating the smoothing affect used in Wilder’s RSI formula? Another charting program goes back 250 data points (when possible) and was wondering if Worden goes back a similar amount. Obviously, the farther back you go the more accurate Wilder’s RSI becomes. But at some point the difference is negligible.

TC2000 loads 500 bars for the selected time frame.  That is the amount of data used in the calculation of the indicators on the chart.
