I'm looking to create a condition that indicates the close is in the top 25% of all closes in the past year.

Any suggestions?

(C - MINC252 + .0001) / (MAXC252 - MINC252) * 100 > 75

If (price.close - price.minclose(252) + .0001) / (price.maxclose(252)   - price.minlow(252)) * 100 > 75 then pass
