I'm thinking about upgrading to Platinum and want to know how to convert this daily ema cross over to a 30 min chart, can it be done?

100 * (XAVGC5 / XAVGC10 - 1)

Also does the platinum have alerts? Does any of the Block programs have alerts?
If so, is the alerts manual ( meaning I set the price) or can an alert be set for a event, like a moving average crossover?

Thanks in advance,
Tal_E

dwm4554,

1. You cannot scan for intraday events in Telechart. Telechart Platinum does have real time sorting.  Using Blocks you can easily set your conditions to sort/scan any timeframe.  The Blocks Mega Minute pack does give you the ability to sort/scan in real time.

2. The Telechart Platinum service does have alerts. You can set price alerts, news alerts, or note alerts. You cannot set alerts in Telechart for events like the Moving Average crossover. Presently, Blocks does not have an alert feature. I do not have a timeframe for when/if an alert feature will be available in Blocks.

I have included the following resources for you.

How to set up price, news and note alerts in TCNet
Real time indicator sorting (available at the Platinum level)
