How can i create a pcf that would show me stocks that are having the daily volume greater than the average daily volume of the past 20 days. I would plan on scanning throughout the day to find stocks that are showing strength.

thanks!

Try this:

20-day Volume Surge:

100*V/AVGV20

Values over 100 are above average. It makes a great sort.

You can also just use the Volume Surge condition already in your system.
