I'm willing to comment on most issues, I would watch how it moves toward the 18 high, it should from the price and vol action give some clues to the direction its headed. I put trend S and R lines above 18 and below 16. I was taught its not important to project the direction of the mkt or a stock, but its ok to have an opinion. trading sideways after the trend is in place is possible? weaker stock and indexes probably have a lower objective.

its always best to learn for your self, listening to others can cause disapointments. there are some great books and videos on this site.

Its already stopped. If you want to wait until it goes below the 50 then fine. But Bldgs and Const have had their run. Look at sub-industry MG637 General Contractors and industry MG 630 Materials & Construction. They have both broken down technically. cheers
