is there a chance to mark a 10 day low in the chart (maybe having a down arrow or something that signals an exit above the price that marks a new 10 day low) ? thank you

Try this:

C=MINL10 (if you want today's close to mark a 10 day low)

OR This...

L=MINL10 (if you want today's low to mark a 10 day low)

You don't need the <. The close could never be lower than the 10 day low.
