The syntax in TC2000 v18 is fairly straightforward.

TrueInRow(AVG((2 * C - L - H) / (H - L - (H = L)) * V, 21) / (AVGV21 - (AVGV21 = 0)) < 0, 5) = 5

But the syntax is TC2000 v7 needs to expand the moving average used for the numerator and compare each bar individually.
