Thanks Bruce.

I copied it into a pcf and tested w/DJ-30...and received a message that there were not enough days to calculate.  It needed 337.  I updated the pcf and included criteria ... >25 etc.  Still no luck.  Does the fact i'm receiving this message make a difference?

Bruce,

I am receiving an "error in syntax formula" when copying/pasting the above formula into a pcf and testing it on dj-30 symbol.

I attempted it 2X w/same error result.

Can you assist me in troubleshooting this?

And after receiving your reply I realized that the pcf formula i submitted to you should have been:

(STOC15.1.1 <= 90 AND STOC15.1 > 90) OR (STOC15.1 > XAVG(STOC15.1,15) AND STOC15.1.1 <= XAVG(STOC15.1.1,15)) AND (XAVGC3 > AVGC7) AND (XAVGC3.1 <= AVGC7.1 OR XAVGC3.2 <= AVGC7.2)

...a 15 day avg vs. a 21  (I bolded/enlarged the changes).

Thanks!

Terry

Bruce,

I am using the following pcf...

(STOC15.1.1 <= 90 AND STOC15.1 > 90) OR (STOC15.1 > XAVG(STOC15.1,21) AND STOC15.1.1 <= XAVG(STOC15.1.1,21)) AND (XAVGC3 > AVGC7) AND (XAVGC3.1 <= AVGC7.1 OR XAVGC3.2 <= AVGC7.2)

I want to convert it to a weekly (instead of daily) pcf, how would i do this?

Thanks,

Terry

Bruce,
One last thing....

I have taken the pcf you created for me above and made a percent true indicator from it ... along with some addtional pcfs.

In total they are:
((V / AVGV21.1) >= 4.0 AND C > XAVGC30 AND C>=5 AND C<=80)) AND
XAVGC2 - XAVGC26 - XAVG(XAVGC2,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26,9) > 0 AND XAVG(STOC15,3) > XAVG(STOC15,10) AND (XAVGC2.1 - XAVGC26.1 - XAVG(XAVGC2.1,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26.1,9) <= 0 OR (XAVG(STOC15,3) > 20 AND XAVG(STOC15.1.1,3) <= 20))

I would like the percent true to show 50% true when these conditions are met:
((V / AVGV21.1) >= 4.0 AND C > XAVGC30 AND C>=5 AND C<=80))

and 100% true when the above conditions are met AND the following conditions are met:
XAVGC2 - XAVGC26 - XAVG(XAVGC2,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26,9) > 0 AND XAVG(STOC15,3) > XAVG(STOC15,10) AND (XAVGC2.1 - XAVGC26.1 - XAVG(XAVGC2.1,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26.1,9) <= 0 OR (XAVG(STOC15,3) > 20 AND XAVG(STOC15.1.1,3) <= 20))

If this is possible, can you do this for me?

Thanks,
Terry

Bruce,
Can you assist me in creating a pcf for the following:

(MACD Histogram 2,26 X up 0 Today AND Stochastics 15,3 > SD 10 Today)
OR
(Stochastics 15,3 X Up 20 Today AND Stochastics 15,3 > SD 10 Today AND MACD Histogram 2,26 >0 Today)

I want the above as 1 single pcf.

Thanks,

Terry

I'm interested in having Worden Stochastics of Price as an indicator and a percent true indicator in telechart.
Is this possible?

if so I would like the following settings:
Indicator:
Period: 15
%K avg type: Front weighted
Value: 10

Percent true indicator:
Same settings as above crossing up through value of 10 today, and <10 yesterday, and <10 either C2 or C3 or C4.

 Thanks,

Terry
