Hello

Q1) is there a way to scan for buyout candidates so i can mark them off and avoid trading it.

Q2) if the above is not possible, what is the formula to scan for stocks that have moved striaght in row for may be 15 days. most of the buyouts i am seeing show up as straight horizonal line.

Thanks

Hello

I would like to see stocks or indexes for a perticular move

like 2% drop or 4% drop in a day.

how many times it has done this in a year or in years.

Thanks

QUOTE (StockGuy)

Thursday at 5am it uses Wednesday's O and C

Thursday at 1pm and 5pm it uses Thursday's O and C

Friday at 5am uses Thursday's O and C

Friday at 1pm uses Friday's O and C

Perfect, This is what i wanted to confirm.

Thanks Bruce.

I am aware that we can not scan based on pre and post market data.

what i am really trying to understand is when i run the scan lets say

Thursday 5AM , 1PM , 5 PM

and Friday 5AM, 1PM

and the PCF timeframe is daily.

which O and C does the formula refere to. (interms of day/date)

Thanks

I am trying to understand the difference.

c-o >= .90

o-c >=.90

what does it mean if i scan this @ following time durations

premarket hours

regular market hours

post market

Thanks

What would be a formula for sorting based on performance

stocks that have done the best in last 3 years , 5 years , etc.

in terms of percentage and in terms of dollar value

When i  use the following formula, i see a unique issue

The editior shows Formula Error .. View Details shows

Error in Formula - Expected ( At Position 33.

- if i run my scan , it does work , so i am confused as to why it shows the error.

Thanks

How would i write a one line formula for multiline formula without using the build in ones

for- Price percent change today and Price history Net between

example

Price percent change today betweeen (min -0.40 and max 0.40)

Price history Net change between (min -0.20 and max 0.20)

Thanks
