everything else, internet and all other programs I use are running just fine.  Thank you....

thanks but no luck.  Like I said, was working fine since I installed, no issues until today and no other changes or OS upgrades to my cpu

I have had this thing installed for months, no issues, and now all of the sudden it will not even open.  The intial prompts start up but only for two seconds, then nothing.  I have tried an uninstall and reinstall, no luck. Any help will be much appreciated!
